📿 Jewelry Returns
All jewelry items are non-refundable unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for return or replacement.

- A clear photo of the item
- A brief description of the issue

📦 General Returns (Non-Jewelry Items)
Returns for non-jewelry items (such as totes, apparel, or accessories) may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
